The categories collected and purposes for use are described below. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This Notice supplements the Privacy Policies of YourWindowPartner.com and RPSolutions.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to California residents. It describes our data practices and consumer rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

12. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification before processing requests.
13. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
14. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
15. Updates to This Notice
We may update this Notice periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
